Shipping policy
Processing Time: All prints are made to order with a processing time of one week. This allows us to create a unique and personalized product for you. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Shipping Costs:
- Prints: We offer free shipping on all print orders. The cost of shipping is included in the price of each print.
- Paintings: Shipping costs for paintings are determined based on size and will be calculated at checkout. Canvas paintings can be shipped rolled up without a stretcher frame for easier and more cost-effective shipping.
Multiple Items:
If you order multiple items, such as prints and paintings, please note that they may be shipped separately from different locations. Prints are made to order at We Sell Prints, Mermaid Waters QLD and will be sent out from there however Paintings, Cards, Stickers and other merch will be sent from main business local in New Brighton NSW. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We will ship your order to the address provided, and we cannot be responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses.

We use reputable carriers for shipping, and the method will depend on the size and type of the item. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
