Recently I realised that naming a painting doesn't always have to be so serious, sometimes it's lovely to be poetic but sometimes adding a last little cheeky note to your artwork in a surprising way, can bring a little bubble of laughter out of the blue.
So, in the spirit of nostalgia and a technicolour kaleidoscope of colours, this piece "Fairy Bread" got its name.
A light, fluffy, kinda sweet (with a healthy slather of butter running through it) piece of childhood that holds a certain kind of joy and wonder and all the colours you could dream of. A reflection of the vibrant afternoons with sand in between your toes.
